Job Summary
Capture and document customer requirements, then analyze business processes in Finance to identify optimization opportunities. Model these processes using BPMN 2 and create SOP documents while collaborating with cross-functional teams and developers to implement improvements. Manage continuous process improvement (KVP) initiatives and contribute to the design and enhancement of business analysis tools. This role supports internal and client projects for WAITS GmbH, a firm guiding companies through digital transformation since 1999. The position requires C1/C2 German proficiency and permanent German residence, with a focus on agile methodologies and Scrum/Kanban environments.
Required Qualifications
- permanent residence in Germany
- language level of at least C1/C2 in German
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Aufnahmen und Analyse betrieblicher Prozesse
- Background im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft und/oder IT
- Erfahrung mit Atlassian Confluence
- Erfahrung mit dem BPM-S ADONIS der BoC Group
- Expertenkenntnisse in BPMN 2 (ISO/IEC 19510:2013)
- Strukturiertes und eigenständiges Arbeiten gepaart mit guter Analysefähigkeit
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu erklären
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem Remote-Team
- Reisebereitschaft in der DACH-Region (D, A und CH)
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1)
- Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift (B2)
