Job Summary
Lead transformation initiatives in logistics and intralogistics to optimize warehouse operations using AI/automation, design and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, and transfer order management; drive KPI analysis and operational performance through data analytics; mentor team members on intralogistics processes and digital tools; provide SAP Intralogistics-to-Demand (I2D) module support; and conduct change management, training, and governance to align logistics improvements with production needs across plants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in AI solution deployment and Industry 4.0 technologies (automation, robotics, WCS)
- Strong knowledge of SAP and MRP
- Project management experience in cross-functional, technology-driven projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong decision-making and data analysis skills
