(Senior) Business Partner, Strategy & Planning

Senior-level role in the Strategy & Planning Division responsible for shaping and executing Singapore’s enterprise strategies, governance, and performance management. Responsibilities include developing medium- to long-term strategic directions, conducting research and analysis on global macroeconomic and geopolitical trends, distilling complex information into actionable insights and presentations for senior management, supporting corporate governance and enterprise risk management, and engaging with internal teams, Ministries, and government agencies to drive strategic initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication, ability to present to senior management, and a keen interest in public service and enabling Singapore enterprises. Work with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability, with emphasis on governance, performance monitoring, and strategic collaboration. Location: ESG - Bugis Junction Office Tower, Singapore.
