Job Summary
Senior Business Partner – Resourcing and Revenue drives resource planning, revenue analysis and commercial governance for LoBs, including input to client proposals/SoWs, invoicing accuracy, revenue pipeline data in CRM, and margin reporting. Leads resource allocation and forecasting across LoBs, monitors utilisation, and collaborates with leaders to improve portfolio operations. Builds relationships with LoB leaders to enable delivery, provides insights for strategic planning and risk management, and supports reporting for ELT/governance. Requires strong communication, advanced Excel, budgeting/forecasting, and experience in finance/FP&A or transformation environments.
