Senior Business Partner, P&C

Senior Business Partner, People & Capability for VIDA Roads, located in Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements. Provides coaching and strategic advice to senior leaders on people policies and procedures including performance management, mobility and recruitment, change management, culture and engagement, wellbeing, recognition, conflict management and career development. Leads the implementation of frameworks and people initiatives to support contemporary people practices and organizational development. Develops strong business acumen; uses data and analytics to support evidence-based discussions and translate insights into people plans to build high-performing teams. Prepares and presents detailed reports, analyses of trends affecting resource requirements, and other documentation relating to employment activities. Partners with directors and managers across the employment life cycle; focuses on launching significant programs and initiatives to lift industry capability and drive engagement. About You section highlights Bachelor’s degree (desirable), extensive HR generalist experience, and knowledge of HR best practices, organizational change/design, workforce planning, performance, team dynamics, talent and succession, workplace relations, engagement, inclusion and leadership.
