Job Summary
Partner with senior leaders to design workforce strategies supporting succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention while coaching executives to enhance effectiveness and foster inclusive behaviors. Champion cultural transformation initiatives promoting innovation and agility, translating business priorities into actionable HR strategies that improve performance and engagement. Lead change management efforts, organizational design projects, and capability-building programs to ensure scalability, providing guidance on compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance. This role combines organizational development with expertise in talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Emerson seeks a strategic advisor to align people strategies with business objectives within its technology and engineering organization in Mandaluyong City.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role
- Proven expertise in organizational development and change management
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Location in Mandaluyong City, Philippines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in technology or engineering sectors
- Master's degree
- Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) or HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD)
