Job Summary
Lead strategic HR leadership across Southeast Asia, South Asia, North Asia, the Middle East, and Africa by aligning people and culture strategies with business objectives. Partner with regional leaders to build a high-performing workforce, delivering core people programs in talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance, reward, and employee relations. Design and implement solutions for workforce planning, change management, and compliance with local employment practices while driving organizational capability and cultural alignment. Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and disputes, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements and regional regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field or equivalent
- At least 8 years' fully rounded HR experience, including accountabilities for a client group in a business partnering capacity
- Demonstrated experience working closely with a commercial and corporate businesses and translating business strategies into people plans as well as dealing with complex business and HR issues
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently across multiple countries and influence senior leaders in a highly matrixed regional environment
- Proven ability to drive improved business performance through strategic HR interventions
- Proven experience in leading compliance and employee relations initiatives
- Ability to utilise OD tools and techniques to facilitate teams, change management and organisational design challenges
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and Asia based employment laws
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects/work streams and deliver timely/quality results
- Strong analytics, attention to detail and financial acumen
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
