Job Summary
Design end-to-end o9 solution configurations, implementation plans, and data analytics pipelines while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Convert business logic into technical platform designs, configure the o9 tool to solve supply chain problems, and develop rigorous performance monitoring systems. Analyze large enterprise datasets using statistical models, optimization algorithms, and ETL processes to generate time series forecasts and operational insights. Execute workflow testing protocols, document issues, and mentor junior analysts to automate testing procedures. Present complex topics clearly to clients and deliver training for global user bases.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree required with 1 year of experience or bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience
- Degrees in the following fields: in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
- Document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs)
- Presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar
Desired Qualifications
- Implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in the supply chain/logistics organization
- Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner
- Firsthand experience leading, or assisting a team, through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover and value realization
- Experience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations
- Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, SAS, CPLEX or similar
- Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data
- Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks
