Job Summary
Lead price and offerability commitments for the 787 Partner across functions to present coordinated strategies and recommendations on customer configurations and change requests. Guide and facilitate development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization. Provide coaching to less experienced personnel, coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations for large-scale plans, identify risk/opportunity potential and develop mitigation strategies, and present plans to executive leadership for approval. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, integration, relationship-building, and critical thinking skills, with a focus on directing complex projects and ensuring follow-up actions for issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of combined education and relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Business Operations
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills & ability to interface with senior-level executives
