Job Summary
Senior Business Operations Analyst in our BP&A/C)oeE team focused on data-driven insights across the Collections lifecycle. You will analyze large datasets with SQL, build and maintain Tableau dashboards, create strategic presentations for senior leadership, and lead analytical projects from requirements through validation. You’ll partner with Operations, Technology, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to optimize workflows, assess delinquent communications, monitor performance across outbound/inbound channels, and drive operational strategies with a strong emphasis on accuracy, governance, and KPI development. Strong experience in SQL, Tableau, Python, Snowflake, and experience in financial services or collections is required, along with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to senior leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in operational analytics or similar analytical role
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience building dashboards and reporting in Tableau or similar BI tools
- Experience using Python and statistical analysis tools for operational or business analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience analyzing financial services or operational performance data
- Knowledge of collections operations and regulatory environment (FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, CFPB Reg F) is a plus
