Job Summary
Coordinate central management themes and streamline workflows within the Offshore organization by organizing governance meetings and supporting leadership in strategic decisions. Drive the implementation of Offshore strategy by steering cross-functional projects and ensuring timely execution of measures. Analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities while maintaining close exchange with the Offshore Director. Communicate effectively with authorities, shareholders, and external partners. Requires a degree in Energy, Economics, or comparable fields, plus proven experience in project and stakeholder management. Fluent German and English required. Unlimited contract with 30 days vacation.
Required Qualifications
