Job Summary
Senior Business Manager for Capital One's Retail Bank Product Analytics. Drive strategic leadership and analytics to shape product direction, investment decisions, and execution for consumer-facing and platform experiences. Responsibilities include developing and implementing product measurement frameworks, leading data modeling and experimentation, guiding product teams with data-driven insights, defining success metrics, overseeing multiple analytics projects, growing and mentoring a team of product analysts, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Research, and other stakeholders to improve quality, volume, and profitability. Strong quantitative orientation, excellent communication, and ability to influence decisions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
- At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
- At least 1 year of experience performing people management
- At least 1 year of experience performing project management
- Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis (Preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in people management (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in product development (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial modeling (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting (Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in project management (Preferred)
