Job Summary
Identify and recruit talent, acquire clients, and manage accounts while overseeing a team of Tech consultants. Network with stakeholders for specific projects and propose new ideas to develop Madiff in Portugal. Maintain excellent communication and empathy while working under tight KPIs in an international environment. This role offers autonomy to implement and propose your own ideas within a stable employment framework and good work atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Education in Management, Sociology, Psychology, Human Resources Management or others
- Previous experience working in Portuguese Tech industry and/ or consulting industry
- Interest in working in international Markets
- Excellent communications skills and empathy
- Ambition and professional drive
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Comfortable working under tight KPIs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous recruitment/ Tech recruitment experience is a plus
