Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager for the Defensive Systems portfolio at RTX Raytheon, leading FP&A, EACs, forecasting, and close-out financial management for EKV/NGI/RKV programs. Manages day-to-day operations, provides leadership to a team of Analysts, and partners with Contracts, Supply Chain, and Legal to protect profitability and cash across portfolios. Responsibilities include EAC development, financial forecasting and long-range planning, program risk/opportunity management, and presenting financials at business reviews. Requires strong finance/program controls knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to interact with senior program directors and external customers; travel as needed. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance required. This is a Hybrid role with regular onsite and offsite work in the Tucson, AZ area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience leading teams of professionals
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations) in a matrixed organization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance and US citizenship
