Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in CDMO environment
  • Experience managing commercial contracts and pricing strategies
  • Experience with sales operations planning (S&OP) and demand forecasting
  • Travel up to 25% as needed
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Clear communication and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated success in business management, client relationship management, or similar commercial roles
