Job Summary
Spearhead the annual FSG coverage business review, delivering comprehensive analysis and actionable insights on profitability, NBI, RWA, and market share. Manage critical FSG client data updates and produce strategic KPI dashboards to monitor franchise performance. Conduct deep-dive portfolio analyses to translate findings into recommendations for senior stakeholders and commercial committees. Design performance monitoring systems, define key indicators, and track trends to propose proactive corrective actions. Contribute to data governance initiatives and develop AI/data analytics use cases for investment trends and deal sourcing. This role supports the Chief Client Office's mission to enhance CIB business lines' commercial development through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (Business School, Engineering, or University)
- A proven track record in Investment Banking
- A strong background in CIB Coverage
- FSG experience
- Private Equity (PE) experience
- Strategy experience
- Business Management experience
- Client Analytics experience
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- A solid understanding of CIB/FSG KPIs (NBI, RWA, RoRWA, pipeline, penetration, cross-selling)
- Deep understanding of the FSG ecosystem
- Private Equity funds knowledge
- Experience with CIB products
- Global Markets experience
- Trade Finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
- English fluency (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools
- Knowledge of French (written and spoken)
