Job Summary
Lead the full audit cycle of business audits across markets, communicating findings and actionable recommendations to ExCom/OpsCom and the board audit committee; drive change with practical remediation and alignment to the company’s strategy, including digital transformation, CX and innovation; develop three-year and annual audit plans through risk assessments, prepare monthly ExCom/OpsCom and Group reporting, and advance knowledge of regulatory requirements and modern auditing techniques using data analytics and automated tools.
Required Qualifications
- Lead the full audit cycle of business audits
- Communicate findings to ExCom/OpsCom and the board audit committee
- Deliver quality audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Develop three-year audit plan and annual plan through risk assessments
- Prepare papers for monthly ExCom/OpsCom and monthly Group reporting
- Promote knowledge of regulatory requirements and audit methodology
- Lead in educating and disseminating auditing knowledge to other auditors
- Utilize data analytics and automated auditing tools
