Job Summary
Lead end-to-end growth analytics initiatives across regulated markets; identify growth problems through data, diagnose root causes, and shape recommendations for senior leadership; build and maintain analytical dashboards to give leadership a real-time view of market health and growth efficiency; drive end-to-end execution of growth initiatives with cross-functional teams (growth, product, engineering, and operations); apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and workflows; demonstrate ownership and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management
