Job Summary
Senior Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to support Finance modernization through automation and data solutions. Partner with Finance and technology teams to translate business needs into analytics, automated solutions, and data reporting. Responsibilities include business analysis and product ownership, agile delivery support (sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives), coordinating UAT, developing data analytics and low-complexity automation, ensuring data quality across reporting platforms, post-deployment support, and creating training materials. Requires BI/data analytics experience, Power BI/SQL/Snowflake proficiency, understanding of accounting principles, strong communication, and ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid office environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Working knowledge of data and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and other relational databases
- Experience supporting projects involving requirements gathering, testing (including UAT)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
