Job Summary
Lead or participate in moderately complex business intelligence initiatives and large-scale planning to deliver insights through dashboards, reports, and analyses. Review and interpret data challenges to create diagnostic analytics, leveraging data structures and end-user experience to influence final visual outputs. Collaborate with peers and managers to gather requirements, develop end-to-end BI solutions, perform exploratory analyses, and drive adoption of insights to enable data-driven decision making. Mentor lower-level staff, translate model outputs for non-technical stakeholders, and integrate AI-enabled BI features (e.g., Copilot for Power BI) into end-user interfaces. Proficient in Power BI and Tableau; capable of designing semantic data models, KPI calculations, and multi-source data integration; comfortable with agile project practices and communicating complex findings through compelling narratives.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of business intelligence and data visualization experience
- experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- experience in designing dashboards and semantic data layers
- ability to translate analytical outputs for non-technical users
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- experience with SQL, Python, and data analysis
