Job Summary
Lead analytics initiatives across the Upsell channel to map sales funnels, evaluate activities, and uncover levers for location and product expansion. Serve as an analytical thought partner for PMS integrations by monitoring health, usage friction, and technical adoption to ensure seamless data flow. Design and maintain scalable dashboards in Sigma alongside product and revenue teams to track performance and business outcomes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance stakeholders to assess partner impact and improve reporting while identifying trends in adoption, retention, and cancellation. Maintain the analytics data foundation by building self-service capabilities that empower team-wide data decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry
- strong, independent SQL skills
- experience building clear dashboards using data visualization tools (such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce data structures to analyze sales pipelines, upsell sales motion, and customer growth profiles
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day work independently, navigate ambiguous datasets, and balance competing stakeholder requests from different departments
- Experience building positive relationships within your team and department, coordinating effectively to support joint objectives
- Ability to clearly and openly communicate data findings in writing and speech, translating technical data points into straightforward updates for your stakeholders
- 100% remote based in Mexico
