Job Summary
Lead administrator and strategic owner of enterprise BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS) across on-premises and Azure cloud environments, responsible for governance, security, and platform migrations (e.g., SSRS to Databricks), mentoring junior administrators, and driving automation and optimization of BI infrastructure in a globally distributed organization. Responsibilities include configuring tenant settings and licensing, implementing data security and compliance controls, maintaining platform documentation, and coordinating upgrades and migrations (Windows Server OS upgrades, OS migrations to 2022). The role emphasizes cross-platform integrations, scripting automation (PowerShell, Python), and delivering scalable, high-availability BI solutions with a focus on data integrity, governance, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8-10 years of overall experience with 5+ years in enterprise BI administration or analytics engineering
