Job Summary
Senior BI Analyst role leading enterprise BI initiatives, delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics across functional and enterprise levels. Responsible for creating metrics and prototypes, driving reporting standards, collaborating with analytics partners, and guiding governance and risk management within the BI domain. Requires leadership, ability to transform raw data into actionable insights, experience with Power BI (Premium), ETL in cloud environments, agile delivery, and strong stakeholder communication. Based in Toronto with in-person duties, supporting TD’s analytics, insights, and AI initiatives and ensuring high-quality self-serve BI solutions aligned with governance and organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in business intelligence
- Product experience in business intelligence solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (Premium), including end-to-end report/dashboard development
- Experience with agile delivery methodologies
- Strong ETL skills using cloud technologies (Databricks, Azure, Python, SQL)
- Robust documentation skills (Confluence, Jira)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of structured data intelligence and analytics best practices
