Job Summary
Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for performance improvement. Build interactive dashboards and reports tailored to end-user needs, ensuring accurate, timely updates that support organizational goals. Collaborate with BI Developers to validate data integrity and automate pipelines to streamline extraction and delivery. Present complex findings through storytelling techniques and educate stakeholders on interpreting analytics tools to drive informed decision-making. Manage concurrent projects, prioritize requests based on impact and deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering analytics-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in either Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
- 5 or more years relevant experience
- At least 3 years of healthcare experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with EPIC data models such as Clinical, Revenue, and Access data models
- Familiarity with Axiom or similar financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and data presentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities
- This position is expected to be onsite in either Reno, NV or Truckee, CA
