Job Summary
Senior BI Analyst in Micron's SMAI team to partner with global customers and design/deliver AI/ML-powered Smart Manufacturing solutions. Drive initiatives to optimize wafer output (maxout) and improve CAPEX efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making at scale. Responsibilities include gathering/opportuning with business partners, modeling with data scientists, translating process knowledge into implementable solutions, guiding system capabilities in Process Engineering, identifying gaps to improve run rate and output, leading global projects, and using metrics to drive improvement. Preferred background includes domain knowledge in Process/Industrial Engineering and experience in global semiconductor manufacturing; travel overseas is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Strategically focused, impact oriented, highly organized, and adaptable
- Able and willing to travel overseas
- Results oriented with a growth mindset and strong dedication
