Job Summary
Create and maintain customer lists, segments, and analyses by understanding customer relationships, demographics, and data nuances. Design and improve CRM reports, dashboards, workflows, and system configurations to support business processes. Research new features and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency or user experience. Use advanced Excel and reporting tools to organize complex information into clear formats. Meet with internal teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into practical solutions. Ensure data accuracy by identifying quality issues and resolving them. Analyze customer and business data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. Document reporting processes, business rules, and application solutions for easy maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with all Primary Responsibilities listed above
- Experience working in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, CRM administration, business applications, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with complex data sets required
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of complex projects and solutions
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- SQL and Tableau experience a strong plus
- Salesforce experience a strong plus
