Job Summary
Translate data into actionable business recommendations for Brand Teams, Leadership, and Commercial Operations by identifying market opportunities, risks, and growth drivers through advanced analytics. Lead market research projects from study design through insight generation, presenting analyses to the Senior Leadership Team to influence strategic decision-making. Supervise and support the sales forecast process by utilizing accurate market trends, inventories, and potential opportunities. Ensure alignment, quality, and standardization of data and insights while troubleshooting issues with external partners. Extract, manipulate, and clean data to continuously improve sales reports, ensuring all market research adheres to company policies and SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience similar position in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Associate's degree
- 6 years of experience similar position in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- High school diploma / GED
- 8 years of experience similar position in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication

- Market Audits (DDD, PMM, NRC, GOB 360, Close-Up)
- Power BI
- Tableau
- QlikSense
- Flexview
- any visualization tool
- Large and sophisticated databases management
- Background in Sales Force Effectiveness and/or related areas
