Job Summary
Senior-level leadership role supporting the VP and program leadership within Boeing's BDS Engineering. Responsible for enabling long-range strategic planning, coordinating communications across the organization and with customers/stakeholders, and integrating management-system architecture across programs and functions. Leads process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic project execution; manages schedules and meetings, coordinates with internal/external stakeholders, and drives initiative delivery. Requires strong executive-level communication, relationship management with customers and partners, and the ability to operate with a customer-first mindset. Position is 100% onsite at one of multiple U.S. locations; travel may be occasional. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience being flexible with working with geographical distributed team
- Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive level management
- 10+ years’ experience leading team in a formal and/or informal role
- 10+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- 5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups
- The ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
