Job Summary
Senior-level role supporting the VP and program leadership team within Boeing's BDS Engineering. Responsibilities include managing operations for leadership, enabling planning/execution/communications across the organization, coordinating internal and external meetings, leading special projects, driving continuous improvement of the management system, and fostering collaboration with leadership, stakeholders, and customer counterparts. Must be 100% onsite across multiple U.S. locations, with occasional travel, and able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; relocation is offered based on eligibility. Strong business acumen, customer-first mindset, and exceptional organizational and communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience leading team in a formal and/or informal role
- 10+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- 5+ years’ experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
- Experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive level management
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship
