Senior Business HR Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct business partnering by performing needs assessments to diagnose human capital issues and act as a broker between business needs and corporate HR solutions. Build strong relationships with key HR partners to coordinate elements of HR that support long-range objectives while proactively identifying changes in the business landscape impacting human capital. Manage the recruitment scope by coordinating with hiring managers to define selection criteria, source candidates through multiple channels, and facilitate the full selection process from screening to offering. Ensure all HR processes, including hiring, performance management, and employment life cycles, are implemented in full compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. Support the business in identifying and monitoring organizational culture to promote employee satisfaction and attainment of company goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in multiorganizational HR support role
- Bachelor's Degree or Above
- English proficient
- Able to utilize computer programs such as notes, excel and PowerPoint to compile, build, analyses and consolidate data
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good at planning
- Capable of timely and fast, accurate deliverables
- Strong at adaptability
- Good at change management and problem solving
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain collaboration and teamwork across functional areas and other BHR colleagues
- Instill confidence, earn trust, and credibility with business leaders by establishing a track record of success
- Business Partnerships: Utilize analytical approaches to propose HR processes, programs, and services that meet future business needs
- Challenge and influence business leader's thinking, providing alternative insights of business issues
- Service Management: Coordinate and project manage delivery of focused, timely, and effective solutions to the business unit
