Job Summary
Senior Business/Functional Consultant responsible for leading functional consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules with end-to-end implementations and multi-geo rollouts. Requires extensive experience conducting requirements workshops (JAD), capturing user stories, building product backlog, and drafting BRD/FSD with customer sign-off. Must demonstrate hands-on knowledge across multiple modules, integrations, and cross-functional deployments, plus Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI; Power Apps preferred) and Azure AI/ML/Azure IoT/Virtual Agent capabilities. Strong customer-facing skills and solid documentation experience are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Field Service)
- Functional Consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM as Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
- Experience in two large MSCRM implementations with multi-module coverage and multi-geo rollouts
- Knowledge of Sales / Service / Field Service / Marketing modules
- Experience in requirements workshops, JAD sessions, user stories, product backlog, BRD / FSD, sign-off by customers
- Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power BI; Power Apps preferred)
- Azure AI / ML, Azure IoT platform and Virtual Agent experience is highly preferable
- Strong customer-facing and documentation skills
- Good team handling and customer-facing skills
