Job Summary
Senior Business Execution Administrator on the Total Rewards team to partner with Executive Compensation, Incentive Design and Delivery, and Compensation Delivery Centres of Excellence to administer, develop and deliver reporting, and adhere to established procedures and controls for assigned business initiatives, programs, special projects, and ad hoc requests. The role involves supporting compensation operations, administering programs and processes, coordinating and monitoring implementations, interacting with Strategy and Execution colleagues, and providing support for diverse HR/Total Rewards functions. Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities, adherence to risk controls, and collaboration across US and international teams are required. Office-based with Hyderabad, India as the primary location; responsibilities include handling base pay updates, on-demand payments, year-end inputs, and other compensation adjustments in Workday, along with ad hoc projects and governance activities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Administrative Support or Business Support experience or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of and experience with India/Philippines/United States/Global compensation practices
- Ability to support compensation and incentive administration, reporting, and servicing needs
- Experience with complex/large data analysis
- Ability to implement risk and control measures and maintain project scope documents
- Strong Excel skills including data models, formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA and power pivot
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with Workday and Process Design (desired)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with various stakeholders
- Shift timing awareness as per job description
