Job Summary
Senior Business Enablement Analyst located in Des Moines, IA (onsite) with satellite offices in Charlotte, NC and New York, NY. Drives operational effectiveness by designing and delivering end-to-end training and enablement solutions to promote adoption of new systems, processes, and regulatory requirements. Partners with operations, project teams, and subject matter experts to identify readiness needs, build enablement strategies, and execute training that improves performance and user confidence. Leads development and execution of training strategies (live, virtual, blended) and collaborates with L&D to design digital training; creates job aids and performance support tools; assesses training effectiveness and drives continuous improvement. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with learning technologies; experience with HTML and audio/video editing is preferred. Onsite role in Des Moines with potential involvement across company locations in Des Moines, Charlotte, and New York.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, training, or related field of study; and/or five (5) years of experience in training, enablement, or workforce development.
- Two (2) years of experience with a Learning Management System as a developer or administrator.
