Senior Business Director

Senior Business Director based in New York, leading across multiple accounts within a strategic and creative agency environment. Drive client strategy using OUTLEAP Thinking, own senior client relationships, and aggressively grow accounts through organic expansion and cross-selling the full agency offering. Manage scopes, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams and mentoring junior talent. Contribute to new business opportunities and maintain high-frequency client engagement through strategic, value-driven interactions. Must have 9+ years in advertising or brand strategy with meaningful senior client leadership, hands-on experience in financial services and/or healthcare, comfort with AI-enabled workflows, and fluency in production across broadcast, digital, and social. Based in New York with flexibility to travel for clients and be in the office regularly at least once per week in the Empire State Building. The annual salary range is $145,000 to $180,000, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, disability coverage, 401(k), and PTO.
