Job Summary
Define business strategies for the Consumer and Developer Experience (CDX) leadership team and tackle thorny strategic questions using a consulting-style model. Lead priority initiatives such as AI transformation, while supporting the intelligence unit with analytics, landscape assessments, and thematic deep dives. Set vision for long-term product innovation by partnering with engineering to deliver prototypes and scale digital experiences. Lead a team of strategy and product leaders, investing in their development and cultivating a customer-centric culture. Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and model AI adoption to improve work efficiency. Drive consensus and impact through strategic problem-solving in ambiguous areas, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on building.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
- At least 5 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
- At least 3 years of experience performing people management
- At least 3 years of experience performing project management
- Exceptional strategy and strategic problem-solving skills
- A strong product orientation

- A record of outstanding people leadership
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Ability to establish credibility with the company's most senior leaders
