Job Summary
Identify, negotiate, and acquire new bus operators to partner with Flix; build long-term relationships with bus fleet owners and partners; conduct regular business reviews and contractual negotiations; analyze KPIs and market trends to provide actionable recommendations; collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Network Planning, Pricing, Authorizations, Marketing and Finance; engage with international peers and multiple European offices; work in a fixed-term role in Sofia or Bucharest with a hybrid working model and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in business administration, sales, economics, or related fields
- 5-8+ years working experience in Bulgaria in Consulting, Account Management and/or B2B Business Development
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian; Romanian and/or Greek a plus
- Excellent communication and B2B negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, reliable, flexible, focused on achievement
- Willingness to travel occasionally (driver license needed)
