Job Summary
Collaborate with major card companies and banks to identify growth opportunities for Coupang's fintech services and execute initiatives with internal stakeholders. Negotiate with partner card issuers to secure marketing budgets, plan promotions, and manage existing partnership relationships while continuously refining card benefit structures. Proactively source and propose new partners to build win-win models, ensuring efficient service operations through data-driven insights and cross-functional teamwork with Product, Legal, and Privacy teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience
- 3 years of experience in fintech/easy payment/card company/e-commerce platform in business development/strategy planning/marketing/partnership sales
- Understanding of the entire payment process centered on card companies/banks
- Data-based thinking and analysis capabilities
- Capability to document business strategies (PPT/Excel) and convey and persuade logically
- Excellent communication capabilities to collaborate smoothly with various stakeholders
- Experience with repetitive improvement processes in launching new services and in the process of new business initiatives to solve problems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in planning/launching/operation of PLCC (partner card)
- Experience in top-level planning and launch of computer development projects related to card payment
- Proficiency in English communication
