Senior Business Development Representative responsible for generating new qualified sales opportunities within designated target accounts in financial services. Execute outbound prospecting across phone, LinkedIn, and email to secure discovery call meetings; qualify inbound and outbound leads to align with ideal customer profiles; schedule and coordinate discovery calls for Account Managers; maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and Apollo; collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and campaigns; stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape. Hybrid work schedule from the New York office; salary range $65,000-$75,000 per year.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years BDR experience in FinTech, SaaS, or software sales
  • Bachelor's degree required (business or finance preferred)
  • Proficient cold‐calling ability and outbound prospecting skills
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
  • Familiarity in CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Financial services background preferred (banking, lending, wealth, insurance, or capital markets)
  • Experience communicating financial and technical concepts to senior decision makers
  • Self‐motivated, metrics‐driven, and comfortable in fast‐paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; coachable and collaborative
