Job Summary

Senior Business Development Representative responsible for driving outbound prospecting and building a strong pipeline across strategic accounts in North Africa, collaborating with Account Executives to execute account-based strategies, qualifying inbound leads, and articulating the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions. Responsibilities include researching and engaging key decision-makers in enterprise and mid-market organizations, meeting KPIs for meetings booked and pipeline creation, maintaining accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce, and leveraging tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Required skills include fluent French and professional English, outbound prospecting experience in SaaS/CX/tech, ability to engage senior stakeholders, excellent communication and time-management skills, and familiarity with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments
  • Fluent in French (essential) and professional proficiency in English
  • Strong understanding of French market and business culture
  • Proven outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools is a plus
