Job Summary
Senior Field and Customer Engagement Representative for Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) operating in the Patuxent River, MD or Arlington, VA area. Responsibilities include developing deep customer understanding and relationships with NAVAIR PAEs, PMA program managers, and senior military officials to shape customer requirements and advocate Boeing capabilities. Lead the tactical, operational, and strategic focus for Naval priorities by understanding BDS/BGS products and services, conveying capabilities to the customer, and communicating requirements to Boeing management. Provide access for Boeing executives to Naval customers at NAS Patuxent River, participate in local industry groups, and manage office administrative functions at the Patuxent River site. Requires onsite work and an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance; travel up to 10% and strong DoD/Navy acquisition process experience are preferred. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience working within or with Military or DoD customers
- Experience interfacing directly with senior military officials and executives
- Experience with the DoD acquisition process and the role of the COCOM in the requirements setting and acquisition process
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- Onsite work requirement at Patuxent River, MD or Arlington, VA
