Job Summary
Senior Business Development Representative responsible for targeted outbound pipeline generation across a defined set of priority ANZ accounts, researching accounts deeply to understand tech stacks and stakeholders, crafting highly personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person channels, qualifying inbound interest for Account Executives, contributing to enterprise discovery calls, representing the company at industry events, maintaining CRM hygiene, and working toward AE readiness with coaching support in a hybrid role based out of South Melbourne. The role emphasizes a structured, insight-led outbound approach, collaboration with sales, and a growth trajectory into quota-carrying enterprise sales, with a focus on understanding retailers and enterprises’ technology investment and building relationships at C-suite and Head of Digital levels.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in a BDR, SDR, or junior sales role in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or tech
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales engagement platforms
- Demonstrated ability to run thoughtful research-led outbound
- Genuine appetite to grow into a quota-carrying role
- Comfortable with ambiguity and a longer sales cycle
