Senior Business Development Representative responsible for driving lead generation and qualification across an early-stage pipeline, leveraging CRM systems and analytics to identify opportunities, route leads to appropriate sales teams, maintain accurate CRM data, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and GTM teams. Requires strong time management, customer focus, and ability to coordinate cross-functional activities in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or a related customer facing role
- Demonstrated experience with lead generation, prospect qualification, and early-stage pipeline support
- Proficiency using CRM systems to manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross functional teams
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams within a technology, SaaS, or subscription-based business
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, sales experience
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools, dashboards, and performance analytics
- Experience coordinating with Finance, Legal, or GTM teams
