Job Summary
Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, meeting generation, and pipeline creation within enterprise accounts in Australia & New Zealand. You will partner with Account Directors to engage senior decision-makers, open doors into new organisations, and create new business opportunities. This high-impact role develops threat intelligence understanding and connects external risk to business impact, enabling meaningful conversations with security and technology leaders. Responsibilities include multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), qualifying marketing-generated leads, booking meetings aligned with Account Director priorities, collaborating with Account Directors to map stakeholders and tailor messaging, and running discovery to qualify opportunities. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in SaaS or technology sales, proven track record of activity and pipeline attainment, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; willingness to travel within Australia and internationally and to be based in Sydney or Melbourne. A passion for cybersecurity and a desire to grow into an Account Director role are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
