Job Summary
Lead solar PV projects from identification through contract signature by developing commercial proposals and agreements. Manage the project pipeline via CRM systems, execute company targets, and oversee commercial teams across Indonesia. Collaborate with cross-functional groups and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project planning and execution while maintaining accurate records. Travel extensively to clients and stay current with advancements in solar PV technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business management, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or related field
- Experience in solar PV preferably with a developer and/or solar PV contractor
- Deep understanding of the industrial and commercial solar PV market
- Knowledge of the mining and related sectors
- Proven ability to close contracts with industrial clients
- In depth knowledge of the solar PV system and concepts
- Knowledge of PLN permitting for solar PV projects
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate obstacles and challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present commercial projects
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to team goals
- Willingness to learn and adapt with market development
