Job Summary
Senior Business Development Manager responsible for growing market share in hospitality and commercial real estate. Lead sales meetings and client presentations, manage CRM, report to senior leadership, build and maintain a strong network, participate in industry organizations/events to grow hospitality and commercial real estate markets, identify and target new clients, develop strategies for new prospects, collaborate with Estimating, Preconstruction and Production teams, and travel as required. Qualifications include 3+ years in B2B sales with a strong sales background and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience in business development in B2B environment
- Strong sales background in commercial construction, real estate, development, or related field
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Existing book of contacts
- Senior Business Development Manager experience or equivalent
- Ability to travel
