Job Summary
Senior Business Development Manager for Poland focused on driving growth for Hivemind Autonomy across Europe, with emphasis on defense and government customers. Own and drive the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation through close, develop and execute territory and capture strategies, identify and shape opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers and program offices, lead proposal development with cross-functional teams, conduct competitive analysis, and translate customer needs into technical and operational solutions. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements, manage deal progression with disciplined qualification and forecasting, represent Shield AI at industry events to expand pipeline, and communicate pipeline status to internal leadership. Requires 10–15+ years in business development, sales, or capture roles in technically complex domains (AI/ML, autonomy, SaaS, aerospace/defence), proven track record in European government or defence markets, deep understanding of defence acquisition processes, strong capture skills, technical credibility with engineering/product teams, excellent communication and stakeholder management, self-motivation in a fast-paced environment, and a Bachelor’s degree.
