Job Summary
Senior Business Development Manager for Omnichannel in Greater China responsible for owning Omnichannel revenue, coaching AEs, leading end-to-end proposals, running RFPs and contracts, and building the GC Omni demand engine. Role requires leading cross-functional collaboration (Solution Design, Pricing, Product), managing multi-million USD deals, and partnering with global leadership. Requires 8+ years of quota-carrying sales with deep omnichannel/3PL experience, fluency in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel 30–40% with occasional US travel. Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent operating experience welcome.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience
- 3+ years selling US fulfillment, 3PL, or e-commerce logistics services into Chinese cross-border merchants
- Deep Omnichannel/3PL fluency with understanding of DTC vs. B2B fulfillment, multi-node vs. single-node strategy
- Proven player-coach track record enabling AEs, running deal reviews, building sales playbooks
- Strong network in Chinese BtC e-commerce (TikTok Shop sellers, Amazon top sellers, DTC brands, e-commerce aggregators)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent operating experience welcome
- Travel: 30–40% across Greater Bay Area and Shanghai, plus 1–2 US trips per year
- Experience discussing FOB-to-doorstep cost stack, customs clearance, and ISF/T86/Section 321 implications
- Ability to design end-to-end proposals combining ocean/air freight ex-China + customs + US Omnichannel fulfillment
