Job Summary
Expand the network of Key Opinion Leaders and affiliates in Czechia & Slovakia by proactively recruiting VIP traders, communities, and influencers. Implement strategies to drive trading volume, acquire new users, and promote active transactions through affiliate channels. Cultivate strong business relationships with partners and initiate meetings to explore cooperation opportunities locally and internationally. Collaborate with the product team to provide market insights and refine strategies based on competitor analysis and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- Fluency in English and Czech
- Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance or trading industry, especially in Czechia & Slovakia
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Eastern European region
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
- Previously worked at a crypto exchange, trading company, CFD broker!
- Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto trading space
- Knowledge of other Eastern European languages
