Job Summary
Lead affiliate recruitment and partnership expansion for Key Opinion Leaders and VIP traders in Romania, driving measurable results through content creation, user acquisition, and active transaction promotion. Cultivate strong business relationships with local and international partners while collaborating with the product team to optimize offerings based on market insights. Execute strategies that capitalize on competitor analysis and industry trends to enhance our network and strengthen cooperation across Eastern Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- Fluency in English and Romanian
- Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance or trading industry, especially in Romania
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the Eastern European region
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
- Previously worked at a crypto exchange, trading company, CFD broker
- Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto trading space
- Knowledge of other Eastern European languages
