Job Summary
Senior Business Development Manager to cover the Korea market. You will lead the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities in Korea, developing and executing BD strategies, and building partnerships with Korean Introducing Brokers. Primary duties include maintaining a robust pipeline, leveraging existing client relationships to generate new business, crafting growth strategies that balance financial gain with customer satisfaction, arranging meetings and business travel (domestic and international), managing existing and new IBs, staying current with daily financial market trends, partnering with sales to create contract-winning proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with design/production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are delivered on time. Core competencies require a university degree in Finance/Economics/Banking/Business Administration or related field, proven BD or sales experience in the financial sector, a demonstrated sales track record, strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent networking and communication abilities, and the ability to work independently, under pressure, and to expand business. Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis, and willingness to collaborate across teams.
Required Qualifications

- 금융 업계 내 비즈니스 개발(BD) 또는 영업(Sales) 경력 우대
- 비즈니스 개발 매니저, 영업 관리자 등 관련 직무에서 검증된 경력
- 한국 시장에서 확실한 영업 성과(Track Record)
- 비즈니스 영어 능통자
- 핵심 역량: 협상 능력, 딜 클로징, 네트워킹, 커뮤니케이션
